During Week 4 of our New Moms small group series, we'll be talking about postpartum care for mom. Postpartum trainer Anja Pierre of Anja Fit will be coming to help diagnose diastasis recti (which OBs often miss) and show moms pelvic floor strengthening exercises.
We'll also chat about other postpartum issues moms may be experiencing and how to handle them. And as always, there will be plenty of time to chat about whatever is on your mind and connect with other new moms.
