The beautiful new Current fitness studio in SoHo wants to host Mom Key members for a free class!

Current is the new cardio: low impact (easy on your knees) and the only cardio that strengthens your core. Row to the beat of the music in your “boat” while burning more calories than spinning or running.

This is a free class for Mom Key members only, but there’s a $10 fee to hold your spot, which will be refunded to everyone who attends. Limited to 16 people.

If you sign up and need to cancel, just let us know at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund.


What you need to know before you get on a boat:

  1. Go with tech fabrics. We recommend wearing sweat-wicking leggings or shorts for maximum comfort.

  2. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and check in at the front desk. This will give your instructor time to get you set up on your boat.

  3. Our entrance is on Church Street. Look for a white door with "Current" on it.

  4. Hydrate! Although we’re not rowing on water, you’ll need it. Bring a water bottle or buy a bottle at the front desk.

  5. Have FUN.This workout is all about having fun. Come with a good attitude and you’ll leave feeling great!
