This class is a total body workout for expecting mommas! Taught by PE's prenatal certified instructors. They will take you through safe exercises to help you avoid back, pelvic and neck pain during pregnancy. They will also teach you how to check for a diastisis. These exercises will keep you strong and flexible up to your delivery date!
